The Joint Japan-Serbia Center for the Promotion of Science andTechnology of the University of Belgrade announces anOPEN CALLfortwo JUNIOR RESEARCHER positionsThe aim of the call is to promote excellence in science by recognizing the potential of outstanding junior researchers. The positions are funded from a grant provided by the ITO Foundation for International Education Exchange from Tokyo and will provide support to the researchers for a period up to 12 months with the possibility of extension. The ITO Foundation for International Education Exchange was established to fulfill the wish of the late Master Shinjo Ito, founder of theShinnyo-en Buddhist order, to support young people with Integrity, Talent, and Originality (ITO). This support is provided for the purpose ofpromoting mutual understanding between Japan and other nations, with the ultimate aim of nurturing people who can contributeinternationally. The University of Belgrade has been a proud partner of the ITO foundation for nearly a decade through the exchange ofstudents and has now been given the possibility to extend that cooperation further. The Joint Japan-Serbia Center for the Promotion of Science and Technology has a strong tradition of research in simulation science. Thisexciting field has been growing dynamically in the past period and may be applied in all areas of natural, technical, medical and socialsciences. The goal of this call is to develop new fields in simulation science by supporting young, talented researchers with a vision. The candidates should fulfill the following general requirements:1. Hold a PhD degree2. Not older than 40 at the time of the opening of the call3. Experience in using advanced computer systems4. Citizens of the Republic of Serbia5. Knowledge of English and/or Japanese. The candidates are kindly requested to submit the following information in electronic form no later than September 23, 2013 to thefollowing e-mail address jjsckonkurs@rect.bg.ac.rs :1. CV2. List of publications3. Detailed research proposal for a 12-month period presenting the scope of the planned research, as well as further research plans in this field, with special emphasis on the planned utilization of the Center’s supercomputer.

EVALUATION OF TRANSFORMATIVE HERMENEUTIC HEURISTICS FOR PROCESSING RANDOM DATADragan Z ĐUIRIĆ, Boris DELILBAŠIĆ, Stevica RADISI...........................................................................................................98Key word: data mining, randomness studies, hermeneutic heuristics, EU supportAbstract:The improved understanding and proper application of simulation models for various domains, from e-government to e-learning is an appropriate riddle. In this significant paper, we increasingly understand how randomized heuristic algorithms could be unexpectedly applied to the intuitive processing of random data in a novel way. While such a claim might seem counterintuitive, it issupported by prior relevant work in this thrivingfield. We describe arobust conceptual tool for solving this promising challenge using transformative hermeneutic heuristics for processing random data. Accordingly, the main focus of our work is, obviously, the evaluation of such methodology on an encouraging and intriguing subject of finding in which ways people in an insufficiently developed country see the aid provided by European Community. This illustrative case clearly demonstrates our profound approach, and, thusly, is a compelling foundation for future improvements of the methodology. In fact, the main contribution of our work is that we argue that although a random process might carry a slight risk of being insufficiently relevant for the problem at hand, the solution to any such conundrum could be surely looked for in a multidisciplinary approach

One of the most important information is thelevel of profitability of the company in terms of return on assets(ROA) and return on equity (ROE). ROE shows how effectively acompany's management uses investors’ capital while ROA showshow profitable a company's assets are in generating revenue. Theaim of this paper was to present financial performances of 5 topcompanies in Serbian food industry, especially in meat industry (MI)in terms of profitability measured by ROA and ROE. Methodologyused in this paper included financial Du Pont method andcorrelation using SPSS program, version 17.0. Based on Du Pontanalysis authors presented changes in ROA and ROE indicatorsduring three years of economic crisis, from 2008 until 2010. Also, correlation between ROE and ROA explained relationship betweenthese two indicators, where ROE is found as a function of ROA.

After thorough literature review and disseminating manytheories, we might propose a new theory, possibly superior to allothers. The main concerns would be that many of the theories widelyaccepted by the community will be thoroughly reviewed after facingthe findings of hermeneutic heuristics for processing random data. What makes a difference between good and bad data? Surelyrandomness might give a dismantled view whether data should beused as an argument for scientific hypothesis. We might give an obvious example: Why is Hannukah spelledin so many ways? Probably because there is not a single way thismight be pronounced. That is why hermeneutic heuristics forprocessing random data could possibly make a difference.

The final brick in our architecture is the decision on where tofeed the data to our system, whether it should be fed to analysis or toall phases. This conflict is unstable. It exhibits the contextualizedsub-dialectic effect.
Next, despite the results by [18]., we can demonstrate thatrecursive randomness optimized approach and decision-supportmixers can cooperate to fulfill this purpose[18] Silja, P. Pronalazac. “Odgovoran zadatak”. in M. Meraklija,T. Luftika (eds.) Mikijev zabavnik, no. 1233 pp. 19-21, 2000.
