Kad sam ja to napisala :D Noskisch se ponaša kao i bilo ko drugi, jedino što priča drugačije. Zato mu ja slabo verujem. Misli čovek da se zemlja ore drvenim grabuljama, i da se kućica pravi za 24 h primitivnim alatkama, a radi u banci u Sidneju. I am not buying that - da to zaista misli sedeo bi u kanalu u Babušnici.

Pre sedam-osam godina sam imao kontakt sa zaposlenima u jednoj američkoj firmi nakon koga sam se (impresioniran) zapitao kakva je ovo firma u kojoj su ljudi ovako spremni na akciju, bez uobičajene rezerviisanosti koju viđam kod mušterija sa kojma dođem u kontakt (a radi se o firmama tipa VISA, velike banke i trgovački lanci). Pogledao sam malo po netu kakva je to firma Publix Supermarkets i dalje se učvrstio u svom ubeđenju da je samoupravljanje (u smislu vlasništva zaposlenih nad preduzećem) najbolji način ustrojstva firme. Od tada su još debelo napredovali - pogledaj i sam šta god nađeš na netu za Publix Supermarkets. Pretpostavljam da će i brazilski Semco (firma Rikarda Semlera) da te interesuje.

 

Nazad na "dobro mesto" iz naslova teme, NSW je juče postao lepše mesto za život, Edi Obeid (bivši labuuristički ministar naše lokalne vlade, igrač iza scene koji je smenio dva premijera svoje stranke) je osuđen na pet godina zatvora, minimum tri.

 

Plus, kao odgovor na trvdnju da su dve australijske vladajuće partije (Liberal party, uprošćeno stranka kapitala, na vlasti od 2013. i Labour party, uprošćeno stranka radnika, poslednji put na vlasti od 2007. do 2013.) 3 The Australian Labor Party had its origins in:

Principles of action
6 The Australian Labor Party believes that the task of building democratic socialism is a co-operative process that requires:
(a) constitutional action through the federal and state parliaments, municipal and other statutory authorities,

Eh, pa i SSSR je imao najdemokratskiji ustav.

 

Laburisticka partija kontrolise najveci sindikat u Australiji SDA, e taj sindikat je za pare sredio Coles-u, McDonaldsu i Hungry Jacks-u da enterprise agreement bude na shtetu radnika.

Još jednom za Hellu, nakon što sam opet pregledao šta ima o Publixu na netu, nekoliko linkova koji se ne dobiju odmah - jedan koji ih poredi sa Volmartom, posebno interesantan drugi sa Fortune.com, i treći za listu od 100 najvećih samoupravnih firmi u US, gde je baš Publix najveća takva firma. Pošto su ostale dosta manje, interesuje me da li je neko iz US/Kanade (ObiW, hazard) imao iskustva sa nekom od firmi sa spiska i kakvi su vam utisci.

Još jednom za Hellu, nakon što sam opet pregledao šta ima o Publixu na netu, nekoliko linkova koji se ne dobiju odmah - jedan koji ih poredi sa Volmartom, posebno interesantan drugi sa Fortune.com, i treći za listu od 100 najvećih samoupravnih firmi u US, gde je baš Publix najveća takva firma. Pošto su ostale dosta manje, interesuje me da li je neko iz US/Kanade (ObiW, hazard) imao iskustva sa nekom od firmi sa spiska i kakvi su vam utisci.

Pa nemam bas iskustva sa firmama sa spiska, ali imam sa jednim startapom. Sjajni ljudi za saradnju, pametni i motivisani. A onda nas je kupila Fortune 100 kompanija, sto je uticalo na nase emocije i bankovni racun.  The End.

Uzmi u obzir da to pise zena koja je za nekoliko sati skucala 5 bromazepana "da joj brze prodje let". Hocu da kazem, deli sve sa 5 da dobijes realnu sliku.

ne, kosta oko $220 CAD, sa osiguranjem manje nego u srbiji....
