MayDay Posted February 13, 2016 Share Posted February 13, 2016 Pedeset. Ja uvek biram traku gde su muškarci jer su brži i možemo lepo da se uritmimo. I šta se desi, neki lik uzeo na sred trake da malo legne na ledja da kulira na vodi. Ja proronila ispod njega i ne verujem šta se dešava. Dobro, taj otišao, došao drugi neki momak, pliva ispred mene, pa kad dodjemo do kraja on se sve snebiva da li da me pusti da ja plivam ispred njega (džentlmenski) i to tako traje potpuno bezveze. Ali dobro, dogovorili smo se posle da treba da me kulira i samo da piči. Link to comment

Djuro Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 za taj cilj ti vec treba i rad na tehnici - radi i te vezbe. imas sve na youtube. dobro je i da se malo ubrzas povremeno (intervali). toga imas najvise tamo kod triatlon treninga. Link to comment

Djuro Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 pliva. gde, kojih voda? kupace/kupaci, naocare, kapa jarkih boja, safer swimmer. eventualno neopren odelo, ako plivas u vodi hladnijoj od 18-19 stepeni. drustvo je pozeljno - kajakas ili plivac. Link to comment
