yolo Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 evo napravio pickled jalapenos po gornjem receptu ovo nisu bas jalapenos, fali im masa u zidovima :) hoce reci da su tanusni. al nema veze. ljuto je dosta, videcemo sta ce da ostane kad se ukiseli. od vulgaris zutih feferonki ce biti sigurno bolje. dodao pored recepta jos i 3 cicoke. yolo Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 u odnosu na taj recept dodata je cicoka, to slobodno preskocite, ja imam neke zdravstvene razloge zasto sam to ubacio a smanjio sargarepu. imam amandman u odnosu na recept. nemojte da ostavljate tih dodatnih minut vremena posudu na ringli kada sipate iscekano povrce u vinegret. to je skoz nepotrebno i samo omeksava papricice, sto vam ne treba. ili dodajte povrce i sklonite sa ringle odmah, ili kao se to rade domacice, napunite tegle svezim papricicama i prelijte kljucalim vinegretom. verovatno nije neka razlika ali su vece sanse da papricice ne smeksaju previse. ne znam sta se radi da ostanu hrskave (a ove bas jesu), znam da se nekad u krastavcice stavljala stipsa za brijanje.
