Jeremija Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 (edited) Dobro začinio juneće šnicle, stavio u pac, brašno, zapekao, i sad polako pečem u vatrostalnoj. Pripremio super mešanu salatu (zelena, praziluk, rotkvice) sa balzamskim sirćetom i extra virgin maslinovim uljem, a pravim i freedom fries. Inače, toplo preporučujem umotavanje u brašno pre pečenja ( u tiganju), gromuljice koje se posle stvaraju meni su ukusnije i od samog mesa. :) Quote Link to comment

Jeremija Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 (edited) Ja te gromuljice skupim sa kašikom, i njih i saft iz tiganja ubacim u vatrostalnu, prelijem meso, dodam još malo maslinovog, djumbira, bibera i zasolim, pa preklopim posudu.
