Savremeno shvatanje uzroka, definisanja i posledica psihičke traume smešteno je u pojmovni okvir teorije afektivnog vezivanja - trauma je uslovljena kvalitetom ranog afektivnog vezivanja detata i negovatelja. Put od prvobitne psihodinamske konceptualizacije pojma traume do sadašnjeg savremenog shvatanja obuhvata različite teorijske pristupe, od kojih svaki ostavlja određeni doprinos za dalje razumevanje i objašnjavanje traume. Počevši od Frojdovih postavki (koje utemeljuju viđenje da nesposobnost Ja u savladavanju ekscitacije usled gubitka predstavlja traumu i da takav doživljaj ostavlja poseldice po razvoj), preko teorija objektnih odnosa (zasnovanih na kompleksnosti primarnog odnosa sa objektom koji nije samo sredstvo za zadovoljenje nagona), do osebujne Bolbijeve teorije afektivnog vezivanja kao primarno date biološke potrebe, razumevanje pojma traume danas postulira razvoj traume u okviru rane afektivne vezanosti deteta i negovatelja, čiju razradu donose radovi Pitera Fonagija. U radu je dat prikaz Fonagijevog razmatranja pojma traume, po kojem su trauma i afektivna vezanost u neraskidivom inverznom odnosu. Novinu u Fonagijevoj konceptualizaciji traume u odnosu na prethodne predstavlja (meta)kognitivni aspekt teorije, tačnije, koncept refleksivne self-funkcije i njeno mesto u ranoj afektivnoj vezi, razvoj te funkcije i posledice koje se dešavaju usled traumatskog doživljaja. Preciznije, dat je pregled na koji način rano traumatsko iskustvo utiče na formiranje generičkih mentalnih modela socijalnih odnosa i koje posledice na individualni razvoj taj proces ostavlja, uključujući i takve posledice po psihičke funkcije (emotivne i kognitivne) koje dovode do mentalnog poremećaja i devijantnog ponašanja. Klinička relevantnost ovog modela traume je prikazana kroz razmatranje graničnog poremećaja ličnosti kroz prizmu AV, kao i kroz razmtranje generacijskog prenosa modela AV. Redosled izlaganja u radu je istorijsko-naučni, sa ciljem da da se prikaže na koji način se shvatanje traume razvijalo u zavisnosti od novih naučnih saznanja i inkorporiranje istih u razumevanje jednog psihološkog pojma, u ovom slučaju, traume. Dodatno, takav diskurs u izlaganju ilustruje razvoj psihološke nauke.

The path from the original psychodynamic conceptualization of the trauma term to the contemporary understanding leads to different theoretical approaches, each of them, separately, contributing to further understanding and explanation of the trauma term. Starting with Freud's proposal (conception that trauma is the effect of Ego inability to cope with the loosing experienced excitations) through the object relation theory to excellent Bowlby's theory of the attachment as the primary existing biological need understanding of the trauma term today is postulated into the frame of early child-educator attachment, as it is elaborated in the Peter Fonagy's paper. In this paper we present the Fonagy 's consideration of trauma term, according to whome the trauma and attachment is seen in close inversive relation. The news in Fonagy's conceptualization of trauma, in regard to previous concepts, is metacognitive aspect of theory, or, more precisely, the concept of reflexive self-function and its place in early attachment, function development and the conseqences as the effects of traumatic events. In the other words, the review discusses the way of the influence of the early experience on the generic mental model of social relationships formation as well as the effects on the individul development, including the outcomes on psychic functions (affective and cognitive) that lead to mental disorder and deviant behaviour. Clinical relevancy of this trauma model is presented through the consideration of the borderline personality and generation transmission of the AV model. The order of this presentation hystoric is and scientific, for we wanted to present the development of the conceptions in the charge of the new scientific knowledge, and its incorporation into the understanding of the trauma term.

Недавно разумевање узрока, зачећа и последица психичке трауме је ситуирано у оквир теорије привржености. Стаза од оригиналне психодинамичке концептуализације мандата трауме, преко савремених трауматских водова до различитих теоретских приступа, сваког од њих, посебно, доприносећи даљем разумевању и објашњењу мандата трауме. Почев од Фројдове веридбе (зачећа да је траума ефекат неспособности Ега да изађе на крај са губећим искусним узбуђивањима) кроз објектну релациону теорију до одличне Баулбијеве теорије привржености као главне постојеће биолошке потребе разумевања мандата трауме данас је успостављено у оквир ране детиње-просветарске привржености, као што је разрађено у новини Петера Фонегија. У овом листу ми поклањамо Фонагијево разматрање мандата трауме, према којем се траума и приврженост виде у блиском обратном односу. Вести у фонагијевој концептуализацији трауме, у поздраву претходним појмовима, је метакогнитивно гледиште теорије, или, прецизније, појам повратне само-функције и њеног места у раној привржености, развоју функције и последицама ефеката трауматских догађаја. Другим речима, преглед расправља о путу утицаја на рани доживљај генеричког менталног модела обликовања друштвених односа подједнако добро као и појединачног развоја зачећа у пуњењу новог научног знања, и његовом утеловљавању у разумевање мандата трауме. U pravu si, dohvatio sam rečnik da vidim šta kaže."Concise Oxford English Dictionary" navodi zahtevanje novca radi naplate kao prvo značenje tog glagola, optuživanje na sudu kao drugo, poveriti nekome neki zadatak je treće... tek na petom mestu stoji "tehnički ili formalno - napuniti oružje". Jurišanje je na šestoj pozicciji.Potiče od francuskog "charger", iz kasnolatinskog carricare / carcare (natovariti), a taj glagol potiče od imenice carrus (kola).I u srpskom se dugovi, optužbe ili obaveze asociraju sa "teretom".
