As the passengers had failed to show up on time, we had already offloaded their checked baggage to comply with the security requirements."Our airport staff helped calm the female passenger and arranged for them to take a later flight CX880 that evening to Los Angeles." The next flight took off just a few hours later, although the woman appeared not to be aware at the time of her emotional outburst that she would only face a delay of hours.The identity of the person who shot the video of the incident remains a mystery, although it appears to have been filmed from a staff position at the departure gate.The Cathay spokeswoman insisted there had been no internal inquiry at Cathay into the posting of the video. Vidim prodat Olimpik, i to Marfinu (vlasniku nama dobro poznate Marfin banke) za nekih 180 miliona. Pitam se kako imaju hrabrosti da u ovom trenutku uskacu u avio-biznis.

nije NW, lufthansa je.EDIT: obavezno ali obavezno se checkiraj sam unapred online da bi dobio bilo kakva pristojna mesta (window/isle). u suprotnom mozes da prodjes kao moja zena i ja, 2 razdvojena mesta u sredini onog bloka sa 4 sedista. kao u busu za kumodraz, tako nekako. legroom nepostojeci cak i za nize rastom. sva sreca da mogu da spavam i stojeci, u suprotnom bih bio na morfijumu da se smirim.
hm, cudi me da LH koristi A333 za LAX. Kratak pregled poslednjih 7 dana daje samo Airbus 346, i za FRA i MUC. :unsure:sto se tice cekiranja, to vec neko vreme praktikujem online, upravo iz tog razloga da se izabere bolje mesto. mada, umeju nekad da ne otvore veliki blok sedista, pogotovo ako imas drugi let kasnije. ali i to se resi ljubaznim pitanjem na aerodromu.i niko nije hteo da se zameni da ti i zena sedite zajedno? bas bzvz. mada znam da je to obavezno samo ako su razdvojeni dete i roditelj...ja sam danas imao prvo iskustvo elite statusa na ff programu [af/klm] bas birajuci mesta :)sto se tice luftike, potrosio sam poslednje milje na ovaj let u minsk [preko FRA] pre 10ak dana, i mislim da cu da im se vratim samo ako hoce da urade flyingblue status match za gold status za miles&more. ako oni nece, znam da BMI hoce. :)planirao sam cali mozda na leto, ali sletanje u SAN umesto u LAX... negde procitah da je ok aerodrom, a i blize mi je gde bih da idem. videcu...

nego jedno bizarno pitanjeda li ovi veliki interkontinentalni airbusevi lete sporije od jumbapre 9 godina sam leteo FRA LAX i let je trajao tacno 9 sati. secam se po tome sto smo poleteli uz zalazak sunca iz FRA i leteci sve vreme na zapad, zbog vremenske razlike od 9 sati, prakticno bili svih devet sati u zalasku sunca. znam da sam se osecao malo pogubljeno, kad god bih podigao onaj zaslon za prozor, uvek bi na horizontu bila jedna te ista slika - sunce koje ponire iza njega.avion je bio boeing 747, ne secam se tacno koji model.ovaj put, MUC SFO, u miljama skoro slicna razdaljina, slicna ruta - island, grenland, halifax - i let traje preko 11 sati. avion je bio airbus 340-600 (nije 330-300 kao sto sam ranije napisao, sad sam proveravao print rezervacije).ili je 340 sporiji od 747 ili lete sporije zbog ustede goriva, ili nemam pojma o cemu se radi.

Razlikuje im se malo maximum cruising speed A346 = 552mph, B744 = 614mph; ali mislim da to najvise zavisi od vetrova preko atlantika. Najcesca ruta LHR-NYC moze da ima razliku i od sat i po u zavisnosti od vetrova...

ok, ako je scheduled [block] time, to onda opet zavisi od raznih stvari - cak i na istoj destinaciji nije svaki let istog trajanja [avion je definitivno jedan faktor]npr sutra:picture1jfe.pngPrvi je B744, drugi je A346. Ali zavisi i od planirane rute, vremena dana i sl.

Brzina aviona je slična... Vreme putovanja može zavisiti od toga koliko piloti dodaju gas, a koliko štede gorivo... Međutim vreme leta najviše zavisi od vetrova... Dok sam radio u Irskoj ATR-ovi su leteli za Irska-UK u jednom pravcu sat ipo, a u drugom ponekad i dva i po sata, zbog jakog vetra...Ne razumem se u meteorologiju, ali znam da ima onaj klasični crtež zemljine lopte, gde je nacrtano kako normalno idu vazdušna strujanja po paralelama i merdijanima u zavisnosti od vazdušnog pritiska... E a onda se na to natovari i lokalna vremenska prognoza...Piloti se uglavnom trude da se bez obzira na vetar uglave u utvrđeni red letenja, dodajući ili oduzimajući gas...Naši piloti kad sleću u BGD pre ponoći, uglavnom se trude da prebace bar 1 minut u novi dan, ne bi li posada macnula još jednu dnevnicu... ;)

Ako dolazis iz Evrope, planiraj da ces prvo sleteti u LAX ili Finiksu ili tako negde. SAN je mali aerodrom, nije hub ni za jednog avioprevoznika koji leti za Evropu. A ako ti se nekako ipak pogodi da sleces na SAN, i ako sedis s leve strane aviona uz prozor... opusti se. Sve je pod kotrnolom, Muhamed Ata nije za komandama aviona, necete se zakucati u solitere.
