Ne mora ni biftek. Probaj ovo moje - u rernu, sa na kockice isečenom muskatnom tikvom, posoljeno, namuljeno i pobibereno, pa pet minuta pre kraja dve dobre šake slatkih suvih brusnica. Kad izvadim nameravam da promuljam kroz minimalnu količinu dresinga na bazi slatkog sefna i mulja... Ili jednostavnije - prokelj staviti u rernu uz pečenje na isto mesto gde bi i inače krompir koji se peče obogatili čenovima belog luka, komadima šargarepe, paškanata, prazilukom... prokelj se tu savšeno uklapa.
