Premda tokom leta sipam tri skašike ovsenog griza i pakovanje Dukatosa sa pomorandžom i cimetom i dodam šaku borovnica i skroz mi je yummy. I bude više sito nego dobra kaša, ali ima i više kcal. darling Posted July 28, 2015 Share Posted July 28, 2015 (edited) majke mi, sve to sam prozdrala. nisam imala osecaj da je puno dok sam jela, tek kad sam presabrala shvatla sam da imam sta da podelim s forumom :D izgledam normalno. od sinoc u 18 imala sam 4 treninga: 1 teretana, 1 aerobik, 1 pilates, 1 plivanje. a i vecerala sam. darling Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 ja sam od jutros stukla: bananu red cokolade protein cetvrt ananasa tri jaja na oko prepunu kasiku humusa paradajz feta sira patlidzana s kefirom sad pijem mleko s kafom kad ovako poredjam na papir, ispada da ipak ne kaskam toliko za formom...
