Ravanelli Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 (edited) pa i neće. meni su recimo bicepsi/triceps jači od onoga što podlaktice mogu da podnesu (tako sam i pitao za preporuku za vežbu koju je toni dao), pa sam prošle godine navukao tu neki kurac na njima i morao da pauziram koji mesec. sada čim osetim neki problem u podlakticama batalim vežbu i prebacujem se na mašine koje ne opterećuju toliko podlaktice. podlaktice sada radim posebno, ali nažalost i nedovoljno mada, kao i sve u ovom "sportu" to je individualno. meni je ovako, ali ne mora znači da će biti i tebi. Ja mislim da one nece nikako da se razviju, kao i listovi. Sta si dobio genetski, dobio si. Tj. moze verovatno ali da se ceo razvalis od hemije brutalno pa ti kao porastu i podlaktice i listovi malo :D
Aineko Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Hmm, meni su listovi valjda odmah posle hamstringa i onog misica na unutrasnjosti butina po tome koliko su se razvili. A nema od cega drugog nego od deadlifta :D
