renne Posted April 26, 2019 Author Posted April 26, 2019 luk, šargarepa i paprika se izdinstaju. Posolim pa izbledniram smesu štapnim mikserom Nalijem vodu, dodam so, biber i lovorov list pa krčkam Na kraju dodam ribu i tucanu ljutu papriku pa kuvam još pola sata Testa nema 1

Barsa Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 (edited) tofu sam sa zacinima (neka kineska mesavina, soja sos, kardamon) proprzio na ulju. bok choy sam stimovao nekih 4-5min. u nov tiganj ubacio bluk, djumbir, mladi luk proprzio, ubacio soja sos, kasiku paradajz pirea, zacine, dodao bok choy i tofu, promesao to i drzao na vatri ne duze od minut. na kraju naravno dodao chilly ulje (u suncokretovom ulju krckao 4min stapic cimeta, kardamon, lovor list, zvezdasti anis, zeleni biber i to sve prelio preko sudzuk paprike i bluka i sad time zaljucujem obroke ) i da probacu ponovo bok choy da iskoristim jos malo da ga pustim pa cu ga u saksiju Spoiler Edited April 27, 2019 by Barsa
darling Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 (edited) dobro zvuci recept. ima jedan sto prodaje bok coj na kalenicu, prodjem pored njega i kao necu, dok nadjem sta cu s njim, osusice se i bacicu. evo sad znam unapred sta cu s njim. hvala a ni ovo ulje ti ne zvuci lose...
