Posto je prilicno nemoguce ocistiti jesetru kao ostale ribe, prvo sam je blanshirao u kipucoj slanoj vodi na 1-2 min. pa ogulio kozu.Koza vise lici na zmijsku nego riblju.Sad ide u duboko ulje

nc: niš specijalno, bolonjez pošto nisam dugo uneo testenine u sebe.

jesetra za prvi put ok, nista spektakularno,ukus priblizno kecigi,malo doduse vuce na lignju konzistencijom :) meso je cvrsto,pomalo gumasto i masno u isto vreme. Peceno klasicno, mozda bi bila jos bolja u nekom kuvanom jelu
