nezvanova Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 i ja ne znam tacno sta se desava kad pipijemo limunadu, ali svugde kazu da, iako limun ima ph vrednost koja odgovara kiselim namirnicama, kada dospe u telo, on postaje alkalan i zapravo najefikasnije alkalizuje organizam... to zbilja jeste alfa svih vodica i saveta za zdravu ishranu. ja takodje koristim mlaku limunadu svakog jutra, a kurkumu koristim uvece i to iskljucivo sa nekim nerafiniranim uljem i biberom. naime, u knjizi davida srajbera, antikancer, procitala sam taj savet i prihvatila ga zdravao za gotovo, mada je on dao niz linkova gde su opisani eksperimenti kojim je utvrdjeno da bas u takvoj kombinaciji kurkuma ima antikancerogeno, antiokisdantsko i antiupalno dejstvo /ja kurkumu i biber pomesane cuvam u bocici i velikom supenom kasikom uzimam i stavim malo ulja,maslinovo ili od konoplje, u kasiku i tako popijem/ takodje, on je naveo da je recimo zeleni caj u kombinaciji sa sojom antikanerogen, pa sam smislila i pijem ga sa sojinim mlekom u prahu /ono u maxiju je odlicno, cak pise da je no gmo, a ima aromu vanile i caj mi je tako pripremljen super/
yolo Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 tako je, to sam procitao i kod ane gilfing posto sam tome prethodno pristupio sa krajnjom skepsom. rada milosevic koliko znam u fazi detoksa i tecnom i cvrstom terapijom ne dozvoljava limun, tek kada se dodje u prelaznu fazu. a onda sam video to kod ane gilfing sa istovetnim objasnjenjem da se limun ponasa alkalno bez obzira na kiselost. mislim, tu je ocito trik da zakiseljavanje organizma ocito nema veze sa ukusom u ustima, kako inace objasniti da je recimo jedan krastavac no go povrce kada su u pitanju ta upalna stanja bazirana na prevelikoj kiselosti u telu, takodje paprika i paradajz (ovo zadnje jos mogu i da razumem).

Dagmar Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Bila sam jednom u Hilton hotelu neplanirano, jeste da su nas ošašavili sa cenom, ali je zato na svakom ćošku sobe stajala complimentary flašica vode, i fensi flajer "Stay hydrated" pa ispod opisano zašto treba piti vodu (za radoznale, u sažetku da se ne bi dehidriralo). Da, treba jesti balansirano, malo mesa, malo voćki, organizam će se već sam pobrinuti oko homeostaze. Vrlo interesantno mi je ovo kako limun deluje alkalno, jer deo kiseline ode u bešiku (sem onog dela koji organizam ustvari uzme i preradi u Krebsovom ciklusu, koji se nekad konspirativno zvao ciklus limunske kiseline :) ), a minerali se vrte malo duže po telu (sem naravo ako ih je već dosta u telu pa organizam počne da ih ispumpava u bešiku da održi ravnotežu). Nego taj vitamin C me brine, u nekim krugovim ga označavaju i sa "askorbinska kiselina", a ovde ga pominju kao nešto što ostaje da se vrti po organizmu. Jednog dana, ima da marketinguju limun bez vitamina C, za vašu optimalnu baznost, kako je počelo.

Zajednicko za sve ovo navedeno i nazalost jos tonu drugih tvrdnji je da se kao virus sire od bloga do bloga, od top 7 do top 13 benefits of x liste i to redovno bez ikakvih referenci ili bilo kakvih dokaza za to sto govore. Kolicina dezinformacija i suma u 21. veku je spektakularna. U sustini bi me bolelo uvo, ali moram redovno s tim da se macujem u svakodnevnom zivotu i to je sve dosta naporno.

Zavrzan Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 (edited) hvala najlepša . pa evo, krenuo sam sa 97, jutros sam izmerio 85.5, trajanje 18 dana. mentalna forma savrsena, fizicka onako, nista strasno, nema umora. labaratorija tek za 7 dana, uvek su u prvim danima poremeceni rezultati dok se organi ne stabilizuju posle shok terapije. inace uvek prvi dan posle bude neka vrsta postporodjajne depresije. posto si toliko zadovoljan rezultatima koji su ocigledni, da ti zao da bilo sta stavis u usta da ne pokvaris..... ... ali evo zobam sargarepicu na zilijen sa bundevinim semenkama, lepo mi, uzivancija. a jos sam svratio na bajloni i kupio malo slanine od mangulice za probam taj vas ichf, svidja mi se ono sto sam video na netu Pre neki dan sladoled pistaci/kesten כי החיים הם חגיגה ,a sada sargarepica bem ti חיים Edited November 27, 2014 by Zavrzan
