Jokic je u zadnjih 10-ak dana svim tradicionalnim americkim medijima: ESPN, Sports Illustrated, prije par dana bio clanak u New York Timesu, a danas po prvi put (barem koliko ja znam) u Wall Street Journal.  Hajde, ESPN i SI, to im je domen, ali NYT i WSH  je znak da je Jokara postao as main strem as the come. He has arrived, stono bi se reklo. Da je malo angazovaniji, uzeo bi vise para od reklama nego Djokovic.

i kad bi imao malo prijemčivije lice za televiziju,  sa frizurom Milana Mumina neće dobiti mnogo ponuda za reklame na nacionalnom nivou

 

znam da ga je baš briga i da mu je ovako lakše, ali kako nema neki PR Nugetsa  da mu kaže da mu samo malo više kose pravi veliku razliku

Pa nije ni Larry Bird bio ljepotan, niti je bio neka persona, pa je imao reklame za Converse i McDondalds.

 

Mada, nisam mislio na reklame same po sebi, nego da hoce da se oko toga angazuje mogao bi komotno biti mega-celebrity. Ne kao LeBron, ali sigurno A-lista u Holywoodu i NYC. Jasno je da mu to (zasad) nije vazno, i drago mi je zbog toga.

 

Ali recimo, Divac je bio upola igrac od Jokica, ali je imao smisla za samopromociju i dan-danas ga ljudi u Americi pamte.

I sad nesto kontam, mozda je ova medijska prisutnost zadjin par nedelja rezultat neke PR kampanje. Ali, da igra basket karijere u tom periodu - igra.

Meni isto bolje ovako, sto manje da prica. Kao sto glumci slikaju o svojim ulogama u filmovima, svi na kraju pricaju isto. I MJ kada prica nije deo terena, ovako sa strane gledano, ne pratim bas puno.

Ja sam veliki pobornik toga da medijski nastup malo govori o nekome, dok tu osobu ne upoznaš.

 

Osim ako samo značenje reči "harizma" ne sadrži u sebi javni nastup.
