triple_nippled Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 u posudi nalio ovsene pahuljice vrelom vodom, da se natope. isprzio na kokosovom ulju komade grejpfruta, koji inace nisam nesto posebno ocistio, tj samo oljustio koru i isekao na kockice. sve to srucio u posudu sa pahuljicama, dodao mericu whey-a, onog bezukusnog i kasicicu meda, za svaki slucaj. izmesao i danas se sladio za uzinu. ispalo bolje nego sto sam ocekivao. kapiram da bi mogla i neka zacinska biljka da se metne. nesto zeleno i sveze.
