triple_nippled Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 sa odlaskom u raj da kazem, ali mozda nije pravo poredjenje juneca corba higher level. bar ovo kako ja spremam...juneci rep je bas dobar misic....ustvari, meso oko koske je najsladje. plus hrskavica. uglavnom, poenta je, pojedes vrucu corbu, a onda izvadis deo repa kojim se sladis i ulepis i...idem po jos! Recept molicu. Ja sam spremao bistru sa fusilima i komadima povrca.Fora je bila da se skiva i ceo praziluk uz rep.Pa uz zelatin i skrob ne trena nikakav agens da zagusti. Quote Link to comment
triple_nippled Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 veceras kako sam spremao: rep isekao da delove, pa onda u tiganj da se isprzi malo, karamelizuje. repove onda u express lonac, u tiganj malo vode da se pokupi to sto su repovi pustili i sta je zalepilo. posle crni luk zapekao, kao za supu, na pola, pa na plotnu. luk u lonac. sargarepa i celer krupno seceni, sve u lonac. sve to jedno sat kuvanja. otvorio lonac, ubacio lovor, biber u zrnu, vezu majcine dusice i persuna, dosolio.jos malo na vatru. luk izvadio, vezu zeleni izvadio i to je to. Ako je rep, moraš da ga probaš. Najbolji je udinstan i zapečen u rerni ili kao ragu, na mediteranski, sa vinom i sušenim paradajzom Quote Link to comment
