Haralampije Posted December 31, 2020 Share Posted December 31, 2020 Lep komad jagnjetine ode na pecenje. Mozda 31.dec. nije pravo vreme za eksperimentisanje sa pecenjem ali mislim da nece biti lose. Razmisljajuci cime da zacinim jagnje, setih se da sam letos ostavio u zamrzivac visak divno zacinjenog putera (ostalo od spremanja francuskih puzeva ) koji sam bas za ovako nesto i planirao. U puteru su divno rasporedjeni ukusi i mirisi : karanfilic, m orascic, cimet, biber, bluk, persun... dodao i 5-6 cenova bluka pride. 4 Quote Link to comment

cmrlj Posted January 5, 2021 Share Posted January 5, 2021 (edited) kora je skroz krckava, ne zajebavaj. pecem u serpi od livenog gvozdja koja se sat vremena greje zajedno sa rernom ovoga puta na 250 stepeni 23 minuta poklopljeno, pa 20 minuta na 230 bez poklopca. za tvrjdu koru ostavim u odskrinutoj rerni jos 15 min, al roditelji kojima uvaljujem hleb trazili da oladim s tim, nemaju oni vise te zube Edited January 5, 2021 by cmrlj 3 1 Quote Link to comment
decak Kejt Posted January 5, 2021 Share Posted January 5, 2021 ako zbog nečeg hoću da kupim te šerpe i poklopce od livenog gvoždja, to je zbog pravljenja leba. nego, šta mislite, jel' bi ispalo slično @cmrljinom ako probam u zlakuskom loncu? to je jedino što imam sa poklopcem a da je deblje.
