Pre su krediti bili 20 godina, produzili prvo na 25, sad standardno 30. Pa nista, ko ne moze da otplati, nek se jaram prenosi s kolena na koleno. I to je bolje nego mase koje nikada nece sakupiti za depozit na milost i nemilost vlasnika. Sta treba da daju turistima i ljudima na privremenim radnim vizama subvencionisane stanove? Ja da sam tamo, ja bih dobio PR a nakon toga i subvencionisani stan. U medjuvremenu bih takav subvencionisani stan iznajmljivao sto je takodje znacajno pristupacnije nego u Australiji.

U medjuvremenu bih takav subvencionisani stan iznajmljivao sto je takodje znacajno pristupacnije nego u Australiji.
