U stanu je ispaljeno puno metaka,ne od snajpera,a najvise od Meraha.ne sme se zaboraviti kako je pri poslednjem upadu,izleteo iz kupatila I rafalima se raspucao po svima. Po autopsiji,pogodjen je sa 20 metaka u ruke I noge,I 2 u celenku,po jedan iz dva snajpera koji su ga drzala na nisanu.Ima na www.leparisien.fr video iz stana,sniman od strane istrage sledeceg jutra.

U ovom slucaju intervenisao je RAID jer se stan nalazi u gradu pod policijskom juridikcijom. Osnivac GIGN-a je kritikovao akciju (u Le Monde-u) pitajuci se kako je moguce da ne uhvate jednog covjeka koji nije ni imao taoce (zasto nisu upotrijebili suzavce).
