cini mi se da smo ovde pisali o tome, ali mi nesto ne ide (s)nalazenje, elem - kupila divan krupni kesten, kako da ga najlakse pretvorim u pire?

tj, cenicu sve tips&tricks za sto bezbolnije ciscenje.

stavi ih prvo u zamrzivac nekoliko sati, onda u kljucalu vodu 3-4 minuta i odmah ljusti, lakse se ljuste vruci. a mozes ih i preseci lepo na pola, isto kratko prokuvati i onda nekim ravnim kljestima samo stisnes koru, oni ispadaju.
