ToniAdams Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 odradio fini trening sa recimo 70 posto tezina. mrtvo, zgibove sa malom pomoci, veslanje, 3 vezbe za triceps. rame je bolelo samo malo kod zgibova, pa sam presao na uske. dok god ne hvatam nista siroko, mogu da picim. samo da vam javim da ne brinete
