ivy Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 u zemlji kajmaka tesko da ima pavlake... ja sam pala u nesvest kada sam gledala neku emisijiu o raznim vrstama pavlake u Engleskoj..e to je,verovatno pored Francuske,zemlja za nas mada volim i mladi,neslani kajamk kad bude prelep,mlecan i svez kao sladoled od vanile :P

Paul Gompitz Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Kupila sam na Bajloniju 2l domaceg mlijeka i izdvojila slatku pavlaku po Banatjaninovom receptu, a ostatak ubacila u rernu na 3 sata na 50 stepeni. Tako se odvoji surutka od sira. Dobijene kolicine su skromne, ali je zato sir presavrsen, a i kolicina ulozenog rada tezi nuli.

darling Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 (edited) dok se ne naviknes, posle ti bude okej, cak i zavolis. ima dobrih fazona, i dobro kuva i objasnjava. @askeladden pa eto ti recept, verovatno u norveskoj ima slatke pavlake bez karagenana. posoli i eto ga pravi kajmak.
