Moze li se naci negdje podatak koliko su efikasne ove vakcine protiv sezonske gripe. 

Kazu da je vakcina dobra ako je efikasna >70% ( a da dozvoljavaju upotrebu i za efikasnosk >50%) a ove sve nove vakcine premasuju 90%.

Zato što vakcina za sezonski grip u suštini predstavlja gatanje koji će sojevi biti dominantni te sezone.

45% u sezoni 2019/2020 (Specifically, the flu vaccine has been 50% effective against influenza B/Victoria viruses and 37% effective against influenza A(H1N1)pdm09.).

Od vakcine za covid-19 su očekivali da bude oko 40% efikasnosti.

The European Commission has secured close to 2 billion doses of different coronavirus vaccines in development. 

That includes 200 million doses and possibly another 100 million from Pfizer/BioNTech. A deal that could be completed in the coming weeks would provide the EU with 80 million doses of Moderna’s vaccine, with the possibility to buy another 80 million. 

If all of these vaccines are shown to be safe and effective and all these orders go through, this would be over 1.2 billion shots guaranteed and just shy of 2 billion possible — for the roughly 448 million people in the EU. That said, many of these vaccines require two shots per person.

All of these deals also include the ability for EU countries to sell or donate the vaccines to other countries.

Na uzorku od 23k bilo je hospitalizovano 18 ucesnika od cega samo 2 koji su primili prvu dozu vakcine prije manje od 21dan
