Praaaavi ekološki svesni i savesni gradjani se kunu u tzv “suvi” wc, bez vode... ono, zatrpaš ga u piljevinu ili pesak, ko mačka 

 

Komšije su u stvari ekološki razvijeni...

Ja mislim da grešite u prevodu. Nije reč o procentu stanovništva koji ima samo poljski wc, nego koji ima deljivo kupatilo, koristi ga sa drugim porodicima (households).

Pa u Beogradu, negde kod ul. 29.novembra sam bila u jednoj zgradi, pored lifta u hodniku vrata, a na vratima pločica "kupatilo"...

U pitanju su mahom ruralna domaćinstva pa je svakako pretežno reč o poljskim WC-ima.
