SDSG Posted October 14, 2017 Share Posted October 14, 2017 Na vece kolicine nemoguca misija (bure),ako hoces tursiju u teglama onda moze bez konzervansa.Klasika sirce,so,secer (mozes i ostake zacine po ukusu).Sipas univerzalnu meru za sirce cuvenu "soljicu",kasiku soli i secera i nalijes vodom.Zatvoris i pasterizujes na laganoj vatri (u neku veliku serpu poredjas tegle nalijes vodom i tako zagtevas do nekih ~70 stepeni,izvadis okrenes pokopcem na dole umotas u neko staro cebe i ostavis da se hladi ili ih odma redjas na policu negde gde nema velike variacije teperature. Postupak kao sto rekoh sirce,secer,so.Uzmes neku soljicu za kafu i u nju sipas sirce,predhodno preko povrca u tegli sipas so i secer,prelijes sircetom i nalijes hladnom vodom.Dobro zatvoris teglu i ides dok ne potrosis povrce.Onda uzmes tegle i veliku serpu poredjas tegle u serpu i napunis serpu vodom i stavis je na tihu vatru,najbolje sporet na drva i onda to pasterizujes do ~70 stepeni.Izvadis tegle i obmotas ih nekim cebetom i to tako stoji nekih 20-ak sati da se prirodno ohladi i onda ih redjas tamo hde inace cuvas zimnicu. Sve ostalo je diskutabilno i dobro do prvog otvaranja. Quote Link to comment
