Pleckica od siljezea (1.7kg) ubacena u pekac pre polaska na posao, 4 glavice crvenog luka, dosta susenog povrca (nisam imao drugo), timijan, mulje, beli luk u komadu ispod mesa, balzamiko, morska so, biber, lovor. 120C nekih 8 sati uz pola sata na 220C da se pekac dobro zagreje. Nadam se najboljem....
