January 28, 201114 yr Within the past few minutes, live video from Cairo, streaming on the Web site of Al Jazeera, showed what the network said were images of the headquarters of President Hosni Mubarak's ruling party in the Egyptian capital on fire. The network also showed video, shot from the window of its office in central Cairo, of heavy smoke and flames on the streets. The sound of shots being fired and explosions of some sort could be hear coming from what the station said was the direction of the country's ministry on information and a state television building
