A da li neko može da napiše ukratko o novom Neu ono što se ne može naći na najvećim sajtovima? Na wikiju stoji da je još kasnih osamdesetih bio cyber-anarhista i haker, i da je devedesetih bio programer. Nema mnogo toga između do WikiLeaksa 2006-te. Razlog što pitam je što s jedne strane očekujem žešće ocrnjivanje svega i izmišljanje dosta toga, od pedofilije do primanja novca rusko/kineskih centara moći. S druge strane, ipak mi je malo teško progutati da čovek jednostavno čitav svoj život živi ovako transparentno (prava reč u pravom trenutku). Ne sporim mogućnost, štaviše ako jeste tako, naklon do poda, ali postoje li neke poznate mrlje na dosijeu koje datiraju pre 2006?

To sam već jučer pročitao, Guardian i Monde konferiraju sa Đulijanom, a Guardian je proslijedio kejblse svom frendiću NYTju upravo zato da bi imali lokalne poznavaoce problematike, pa onda njihove opservacije preko Guardiana dolaze do Wikiliks. Ustvari, vrlo pametno razrađen ad-hoc sistem..

A šta je tu sporno? Nije valjda vascelo uredništvo cenzura. Onaj naslov ("ima cenzore da ne može bolje") je krajnje tendenciozan i nemalo glup. Inače što se tiče Assangeovog kredibiliteta, neko je gore pitao... mene stvarno ne zanima, niti bih se obazirao na bilo kakvu smear kampanju (ili nedostatak "mrlja na dosijeu"). Ceo Wikileaks projekat meni ne zvuči kao neka lucidna once in a lifetime ideja, više kao pravi ljudi na pravom mestu, odnosno logična posledica višedecenijskog prožimanja medija sa establišmentom. Hoću reći, siguran sam da je odavno bilo ljudi on the inside koji bi rado "procureli" svakakve sočne informacije, da je bilo iole bezbednih i efikasnih kanala. A i sam taj internet nije toliko star, majku mu... kažem da na BBC-u pre neki dan najozbiljnije pričaju kako svega ovog ne bi ni bilo da su se diplomate lepo držale papira u aktovkama
