Aineko Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 mislim da mi je juce bio naj-volume deadlift training ikada. prvo 3X5 zagrevanje sa tezinama izmedju 55kg i 65kg, pa onda 3 working sets, 5 reps: 72kg, 76kg 80kg. danas progresivno ne mogu da se savijem od upale misica. Link to comment
Aineko Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 na skali bola, da :D pa sama cinjenica da sam mogla toliko da dignem na jednom treningu je napredak - nikad nisam ranije mogla da izvucem takav volume. kad god su se tezine priblizavale 80tom kg to je uvek bilo 3, 2 ili 1 rep. a za max ikad podignutu tezinu - videcu za nedelju, dve.
