In a 20-year professional career (1986–2006), Agassi won the Davis Cup (representing the USA) in 1990, 1992 and 1995, the ATP Tour World Championships (currently known as the ATP World Tour Finals) in 1990, Wimbledon in 1992, the US Open in 1994 and 1999, the Australian Open in 1995, 2000, 2001 and 2003 and a gold medal in the singles competition at the Olympic Games in Atlanta, USA, in 1996.
