“Since then we’ve seen more data coming through from AstraZeneca as more people are completing the trial, which highlights again that efficacy in the elderly is seen, and there’s no evidence of lack of efficacy.”

U staračkom domu u Nemačkoj 14 penzionera zarazilo se britanskim sojem iako su vakcinisani drugom dozom Fajzera 25.1. Ne zna se kad su se tačno inficirali, a prvi slučaj zaražene osobe (zaposlenog) u domu detektovan je 2.2. Svi su asimptomatski ili sa blagim tokom bolesti.

 

Za Fajzera se smatra da se imunitet uspostavlja 7 dana posle druge doze, a efikasnost od 95% odnosi se na simptomatske slučajeve. Moguće je da su se penzioneri zarazili i koji dan ranije.

Dok naprave booster koji je djelotvoran pojavice se neki novi soj i tako moze da ide sve do kolektivnog imuniteta

Juzna Afrika je prekinula vakcinaciju Astra Zenecom vakcinom. Njihova studija je pokazala da je djelotvornost vakcine pao na 22% sa novim sojem. Ipak je rijec o blagim simptomima.

 

U Izraelu se isto tako boje ovog juznoafrickog soja. Fajzer vakcina je djelotvorna protiv britanskog soja ali jos istrazuju ovaj juzno africki koji je drugaciji i teoretski bi mogao da odoli vakcinama.

zato je bitno da se svi pridrzavamo mera i ne izigravamo heroje. jako je bitno da se sto manje ljudi zarazava, sto zbog ljudi samih, kapaciteta bolnica i slicno, tako i da se virus ne bi sirio dalje i potencijalno mutirao. ovo treba da vazi i za vakcinisane, posto jos uvek ne znamo da li vakcine stite od zarazavanja ili samo daju laku klinicku sliku.

Tih 22% se odnosilo na sve slučajeve u situaciji kad je novi soj postao dominantan.

Američka agencija za hranu i lekove (FDA) odobrila je po hitnom postupku lek protiv kovida-19 kompanije Ilaj Lili zasnovan na kombinaciji antitela, saopšteno je danas.

 

Prema rezultatima kasne faze ispitivanja leka potvrđeno je da se terapija ovim preparatom kompanije Ilaj Lili zasniva na primeni dva antitela koja za 70 odsto smanjuju rizik od težih formi oboljenja i smrtnog ishoda kod kovid pacijenata, prenosi Rojters.

 

- Primena ovog preparata dozvoljena je za lečenje umerenih i srednje teških simptoma kod pacijenata od 12 godina starosti i više koji su podložni riziku ili su već hospitalizovani - stoji u saopštenju američke kompanije Ilaj Lili.
