Aliyev's speech started. 

He will list the terms of agreement. 

1 - Full ceasefire starts on 10 November 2020 Moscow time 00:00. Azerbaijan and Armenia keeps their current territories. 

Aghdam will return to Azerbaijan. 

Russian peacekeepers in Lachin corridor. 

Peacekeeping mission will last 5 years. If any of the sides won't get out of the deal 6 months beforehand, mission will last for 5 more years. 

Kalbajar will be returned by November 15 and Lachin by December 1. 

IDPs will return to Karabakh. POWs and bodies will be exchanged. 

Azerbaijan will be able to cross to Nakhchivan through Armenian territory. Roads will be secured by Russian Security Service. 

He says Pashinyan should also be speaking live but he dodged at the last minute. 

"Pashinyan is not signing the agreement because he wants, but he signs it because we (shows fist) forced him to do so." 

He says thanks to this agreement, we will return our territories without any further bloodshed. 

He says he has been seeing that IDPs were losing their hopes year-by-year. Now he is very happy for them. 

"Congratulations! You are returning! We are returning! Could there be any greater happiness than this?!" 

"They were keeping pigs in those ruined settlements in order to insult us. We avenged Khojaly victims. We avenged our martyrs." 

He is thanking martyrs and injured soldiers, officers now. 

He is now boasting about delivering his promises on retaking Karabakh. 

"Pashinyan should have thought of this day when he was dancing drunkenly in Shusha." 

"I have told that we will chase them like dogs and now we did it. Everyone saw our iron fist now. And we did that awesomely." 

He says he never had that many interviews in this life. 

"We have proved that there is a military solution!" 

"Why nobody told them 'Stop' when they were invading these territories? But they were telling us to stop. I told them that 'I am not going to stop'." 

"Active military phase ended. Now the political phase begins." 

He says he could make Pashinyan come to Baku and sign the treaty sitting in front of him. But he doesn't like to humiliate anyone. 

Aliyev says as of now, all military operations stopped. 

He talks about clause 5 - A peacekeeping center will be set up to monitor the ceasefire in order to increase the effectiveness of monitoring the implementation of the agreements by the parties to the conflict. Turkish peacekeepers will be there. 

He talks about clause 9 - a free pass to Nakhchivan with new infrastructure. He says it wasn't included in the original deal, he himself added the clause. 

He talks about how Armenia is an ethnostate, says Azerbaijan's superiority lies within multiculturalism. 

He smiles and says no status for Nagorno Karabakh:
"I offered them autonomy but they insisted on independence. Hey Pashinyan, what about now? No words of it there!"

He is talking about how even his harshest critics, people of different ideologies supported him in this war. He says he saw that in national affairs, people can unite together. 

He says soon some classified information will be declassified and he will declare them soon. He says every day he was pressured to stop the war. 

"We will live on these lands forever and nobody will be able to exile us anymore." 

Speech ended with salutations to Azerbaijanis and "Karabakh is ours!"

jermensko ministarstvo odbrane saopstenjem je potvrdilo povlacenje u skladu sa odredbama kapitulacije

Бесна руља у Јеревану упала у парламент и дочепала се председника скупштине. Једва је претекао, ено крпе га у болници. Председник Јерменије каже да није имао појма о споразуму. Опозиција састанчи са војском. Пашинјан је... негде. Шта ли ће се тамо дешавати у наредним недељама, куку и леле... вероватно нешто слично оном политичком хаосу у који је Азербејџан упао након пораза 94-те.

 

Руси већ распоређују своје трупе у онај део Н-К који Азери нису узели. По свему судећи, распоредиће се и турска војска у онај део који је узет.

 

Ебга, Јермени могу само себе да криве за ово али факат је тужно гледати их овако брутално поражене. Сећам се неке докторке која живи у Швајцарској и њеног крика из првих дана рата: "Јутрос сам изгубила мог малог брата у Арцаху, молим вас нека ми неко каже да није било узалуд!!!" Али било је узалуд и то је оно најгоре у свему овоме. И оно мало што је било до њих да одиграју, одиграли су катастрофално, укључујући онај бандоглави отпор на чистини где су их помлатили као зечеве и практично свели на ниво гериле.

 

Азерима је барем нафта помогла да залече ране и прегрупишу се. Ови мученици не знам ни шта ће ни како ће даље.

Pasinjan ce da leti. Ali na kraju je morao da pristane na prekid vatre jer bi totalno pukli. Dobrim delom je Pasinjan isprovocirao sve ovo. Delom su mu Rusi spasili kozu:

 

Председници Русије, Јерменије и Азербејџана су потписали заједничку изјаву о прекиду рата у Карабаху. Руски лидер је саопштио на шта су се зараћене стране обавезале.

1.       Прекид ватре ступа на снагу у поноћ 10. новембра

2.       Азербејџан и Јерменија ће остати на тренутним позицијама

3.       Јерменија и Азербејџан ће разменити ратне заробљенике

4.       У Карабаху, дуж контакт линије и дуж коридора који повезују Јерменију и Карабах, биће распоређени руски мировњаци

5.       Сви транспортни чворови ће бити деблокирани

 

 

I nisu Jermeni totalno porazeni, jesu izgubili deo teritorija ali ne sve. Ali se Pasinjan suvise zaleteo oko zapada i sada su mu pokazali ko je gazda na tom prostoru.

Ince prethodnih danas su ruski vojni trensportni avioni leteli preko Irana u Jermeniju, to je verovatno bio prevoz trupa. Sa time je verovatno povezano obaranje helikoptera juce sto su Rusi iskoristili da naprave veliki pritisak na obe strane.

Све што су Јермени овим добили је коридор за мирно исељавање. У том резервату који остаје изван војне контроле Азера, нико неће остати да живи осим шаке носталгичних стараца. Све друго ће се иселити, тј. већ се иселило а вратиће се у промилима. Тамо ће бити више руске војске него јерменских цивила, практично ће да буде руска војна област на територији Азербејџана, чије успостављање су платили они 20-годишњаци на првој линији.

 

Обашка што ће бркати дует тек да ставља омчу Јерменима око врата у годинама које долазе. Ови ће да банкротирају само да колико-толико обезбеде границу, коридоре и шта све не.
