aram Posted February 20, 2016 Share Posted February 20, 2016 negde sam ostavio onaj jednostavan a dobar recepat za skusu na persijski nacin upravo :) Evo jedan za skuse,trazi malo vise truda ali je bozanstven.Ovako se spremaju u Iranu Ociscenje skuse se pune nadevom i nakon punjenja se pazljivo zatvore cackalicama ili zasiju koncem.Peku se u rerni bez okretnja na m. ulju.Nadev se pravi od sitno seckanog crnog luka,seckanih oraha,suvog grozdja,seckanih listova sveze nane i persuna.Nadev pre punjenja malo zaciniti mlevenim biberom i posoliti.Sve sastojke nadeva dobro izmesati i puniti utrobu ribe. isprobo sam jednom, pod folijom 20 min na 220, pa jos 5-6 minuta bez, veri gud indid. ima negde i da si ostavio tacne mere koliko cega treba, al me mrzi da trazim :D Quote Link to comment
