mlatko Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 Umutim jaja, parmigiano i biber bez kojeg mi nema ukusa carbonara, pospem po pasti u tiganju i pomesam minut. U pocetku mi je bilo cudno da jaja ne dodju u dodir sa vrucom grejnom povrsinom ali sam se navikao. domaca pasta all'uovo nije preporucljiva jer je carbonara i ovako lepljiva a jos sa mekanom pastom budu gnochi ili lasagne alla carbonara.
