beta Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 koningsberger klompse ili keningberške ćufte. mleveno mešano+pasta od inčuna +prezle+crni luk.+jaja ćufte se oblikuju i uvaljaju u brašno pa kuvaju u mešavini pilećeg bujona i vina bela. kad su kuvane, za jedno 10 min, ćufte izvadiš, bujon redukuješ pa sos zgusneš pavlakom. u sos sena kraju dodaju kapari i naravno ćufte. švapsko jelo, zimsko, ide uz kuvani krompir i kupus salatu. nisam pravila sigurno 10 godina, a nisam ni jela Link to comment
