Stvar dogovora, kao uostalom i svaka granica izmedju dve drzave, odredi se demarkaciona linija, dovde je moje a odavde je tvoje i to je to.

Nema. Ustvari i to je stvar dogovora.

Mada međunarodno pomorsko pravo reguliše i takve situacije gde nema slobodnih voda. Eno plovidba bez problema ide kroz Bosfor i Dardanele na primer.
