Spanija zvuci primamljivo ali kako sam kasno naleteo na temu i nisam stigao da investiram ipak cu je preskociti. Kuba bi mozda i bila dobra investicija na duzi rok ali ko zna koliko duzi taj rok moze da bude a posto sam u zaostatku prema ostalima i nju cu preskociti. Golf mi je dosadan i gay kvazisport pa cu prepustiti to nekome drugome. Hteodh da dam za Irski pansion ali dodjes bolje ponude od one koju sam ja hteo da dam pa cu je ostaviti.Moj izbor je Old Southern Comfort ovaj hocu reci Charmer! I neka bude okrugli milion na ustrub ostalih investicija. Stavljam sva svoja jaja u istu korpu!

Imam pitanje za tacku 5.Da le je u pitanju gradnja nove kuce ili samo rekonstrukcija sa ocuvanom fasadom?Necu davati vise dok ne dobijem odgovor :D

prvo, topik za pljuvanje bankara i ostalih protuva je tradicionalno onaj o wall st -_- .zatim, mole se svi bidder-i da svoje ponude dostavljaju u vec prihvacenoj formi - znaci, tacka 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 i pored svake da li i koliko para se nudi (pozeljno sa kratkim objasnjenjem razloga). aukcioner ima pravo da zahteva diskvalifikaciju ponuda koje odstupaju od ove forme.

Ponude pod rednim brojem 1,2 i 5 bih eliminisao na početku.1.Istina je da se turizam na jugu španije može praktikovati tokom cele godine ali zbog malih prinosa povrat investicija se može očekivati tek posle dugog vremenskog perioda.2.Pored restauracije datog objekta koji iziskuje ne male izdatke ne vidim da se uložena sredstva vrate u kratkom roku.5.Ovaj objekat je blizu redneck riviere,pored inicijalne ponude od 700k treba dodati i 1500k za restauraciju,no chancedalje :3.ako je cena projekta 25 $ miliona onda je jabba da se cenkam za učešće anyway ima previše lokacija za golf terene u okoliniponuda broj 4 je atraktivna za moj ukus cool.gif Znajući da nekretnine ne mogu kupovati us investitori ,već mahom ruski i evropski rizikovao bih kupiti parče raja ali sa klauzulom da imam pravo izgraditi objekat na datoj lokaciji.Vredi svaki uloženi cent .

Hajde budi drug i povuci ovu ponudu. Napisao sam da je ta kuca za moj ceif :)Ipak dajem 1000$ vise od djeneralcheta :wicked:ako ponudis vise, moracu da upotrebim druge metode
