lostfanforever Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 danas je prvi dan ostatka mog zivota i tom prilikom sam se uclanila po prvi put u zivotu u teretanulazem bio je popust a ja besposlena prolazila ...dajte mi neki basic program za nekoga ko samo hoce bolju kondiciju i tonus misica. nabacivanje misicne mase bi isto dobrodoslo ali ne znam dal to uopste moze da se postigne teretanom.hvala od neupucene!
