Možeš da deaktiviraš, ali ne i da obrišeš... Mislim da je pre neki dan bilo kongresno saslušanje povodom toga, gde je kongresmen uhvatio lika za to brisanje i reako da lažu šta kažu, da se podaci deaktivacijiom brišu...

Ne ulazim u to šta oni čuvaju na serverima posle još godinama. Ja sam dva naloga deaktivirao i oba su bila obrisana sa ove moje, korisničke, strane.

Ukratko, Tesla krije šta su slupajuća kola snimila, jedino spremno objavljuje da FSD nije bio u upotrebi pa je odgovornost na vozaču. Ali po svemu sudeći sistem je podešen da se isključi delić sekunde pre sudara kako bi skinuo odgovornost sa kompanije. The Colorado State Patrol investigated but closed the case without blaming Tesla. It reported that no usable data was recovered.

When [German] prosecutors did formally request the data recorded by Schuster’s car on the day of the crash, it took Tesla more than two weeks to respond – and when it did, the answer was both brief and bold. The company didn’t say there was no data. It said that there was “no relevant data”. The authorities’ reaction left us stunned. We expected prosecutors to push back – to tell Tesla that deciding what’s relevant is their job, not the company’s. But they didn’t. Instead, they closed the case.

In a separate report, it documented 16 cases in which Tesla vehicles crashed into stationary emergency vehicles. In each, autopilot disengaged “less than one second before impact” – far too little time for the driver to react. Critics warn that this behaviour could allow Tesla to argue in court that autopilot was not active at the moment of impact, potentially dodging responsibility.

Svakog dana, u svakom pogledu, dobijamo sve više razloga da žalimo što je posle WWII dozvoljeno da ta država nastavi da postoji.

Pa nije, bila je prepolovljena. To što je posle sve skrpljeno opet u jedno - jebiga, pogreši čovek.

Ali nije ovo primarno do Nemaca, Tesla je američka kompanija, njihove subvencije su im omogućile da se izmisle kao tech kompanija, njihovo finansijsko mešetarenje ih je učinilo najvrednijom kompanijom na svetu, njihova regulativa im dozvoljava da nastave da ovako posluju umesto da negde gule krompir i šiju novčanike.
