Jedna od je mariniranje svinjetine (urolane plećke) u zgnječenim svežim kupinama, i sutradan se tako sve peče na slaboj T, a u prodinstanom luku posle doda sos od pečenja uz začine, kašiku brašna i malo bujona.Iako znam za voćno-svinjske kombinacije i njihovo odlično slaganje, priznajm da mi ovo ne bi palo na pamet.
