Peter Fan Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 Kitajci jurisaju u svjetliju buducnost, gradeci socijalizam sa ljudskim Xi Jinpingovim likom: -- China appears to be playing down the importance of development and reform and opening up of the economy for future legislation, adding to concerns that the government is increasingly prioritizing security and ideology over growth. A draft amendment to the Legislation Law revamped a list of principles for laws, removing the statement in the opening section that lawmaking should revolve around economic development and adhere to reform and opening up. Instead, the proposed law says that lawmaking should “adhere to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, adhere to the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Theory of Three Represents, the Theory of Scientific Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to develop a system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.” The changes amplify concerns that the primacy of economic growth is being de-emphasized, despite President Xi Jinping’s pledge at the recently concluded congress that economic development is still the Party’s top priority. In Xi’s report to the congress, mentions of “security” surpassed “economy” for the first time, according to a Bloomberg News analysis. -- China Downgrades Priority of Economy for Future Legislation - Bloomberg
vememah Posted November 24, 2022 Posted November 24, 2022 (edited) Quote Chinese authorities have sentenced the mother and sister-in-law of an ethnic Uyghur member of the Dutch air force to 15 years in prison on charges of supporting terrorism and revealing state secrets, Radio Free Asia has learned. The cases are another example of Beijing severely punishing members of the ethnic minority for visiting or contacting relatives abroad. Capt. Munirdin Jadikar, now a Dutch citizen, has been living in the Netherlands since 2006. His mother came to visit him in 2014 to attend his wedding, he told RFA’s Uyghur Service. In 2016, the same year he joined the Royal Netherlands Air Force, he lost contact with his mother, Imanem Nesrulla, and his sister-in-law, Ayhan Memet, he said. In 2018, while he was stationed in the United States, his sister-in-law was able to initiate contact with him for the first time in two years, using the WeChat messaging platform. She told him that Chinese authorities arrested his mother and sent her to a concentration camp, Munirdin said. Then in 2019, he heard that his sister-in-law was arrested for telling him about his mother’s arrest. Munirdin made several appeals to the Dutch government to find out more information about both cases, but it wasn’t until he returned to the Netherlands in 2020 that his inquiries made any headway. The Dutch foreign ministry contacted the Chinese Embassy, and in July 2021 he received news that his mother and sister-in-law had both been sentenced to 15 years in prison, he said. “[Ayhan] had told me of my mother’s situation, hoping I would get my mother released since I was living in Europe and working in the military,” Munirdin said. “Just for this information, the authorities sentenced her to 15 years in jail.” According to the written response he received from the ministry, Imanem was charged with “supporting terrorist activities and inciting ethnicity [sic] hatred and discrimination,” and Ayhan for “illegally providing national intelligence to foreign forces.” In China’s view, Munirdin said, he is considered to be part of an “enemy force.” https://www.rfa.org/english/news/uyghur/netherlands-11172022175829.html Edited November 24, 2022 by vememah 1
reg Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Protesti protiv zatvaranja u Kini Quote At Beijing’s elite Tsinghua University, students shouted “freedom will prevail” and called for an end to lockdowns on Sunday, while people holding a peaceful riverside vigil defied police orders to move on. A student told AFP that some students had held up a blank piece of paper near the canteen at about 11.30am, and that 200 to 300 people had joined them by the afternoon. Blank sheets have become a symbol of the burgeoning protests. According to videos shared online, protesters shouted: “This is not normal life, we’ve had enough. Our lives were not like this before.” Others chanted: “Democracy and rule of law! Freedom of expression!”

dragance Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Cekamo sada postove kako je ovo "CIJA, snajka". U drugim vestima, lokalni izbori u Tajvanu doneli poraz predsednicine stranke i pobedu Komintenga - koji, paradoksalno, imaju malo nezi stav spra, NR Kine.

Slicno u Persiji, kasnije u Kini, zatim carska Rusija, itd. 1
