Austrija je malo promenila porezni sistem. Svaki porezni razred su povecali za 2/3 inflacije a ubacili su i jos jednu tarifnu grupu.

 

Ako uzmemo medijan brutto godisnju platu u Austriji od 30.635 to je znaci 36 eura mesecno vise ili 435 eura godisnje.

 

Ako uzmemo prosecnu godisnju platu ljudi sa fakultetom koji rade puno radno vreme 53.963 eur reforma donosi vise mesecno 61,29 eur ili 735 eura godisnje. Netto godisnje se dobije 37.378,76 eur. Poslodavca (tzv brutto brutto) ta ista plata izadje 70.023,18 eur sto znaci da je ukupan porez 46,62 %.

 

Ovo su naravno uradili u najgorem momentu jer sad pocinju pregovori sindikata o povisicama i ovo ce bit brutalno koristeno da se iste ne odobravaju.

Inflacija hrane i energenata nigde ne ulazi u osnovnu inflaciju, core CPI sto bi rekli u SAD. I to jeste veliki problem sa kojim se mnogo manipulise.

Mad au Nemackoj janso izbacuju podatke za sve ali se ne spominje u medijiskim izvestajima nego samo osnovna, core, inflacija.

Nippon Steel’s deal values Pittsburgh-based U.S. Steel at $55 a share, a 40% premium to the company’s share price when the market closed Friday. Shares of U.S. Steel surged 26.1% Monday to close at their highest level since April 2011, according to FactSet.

Acquiring U.S. Steel, which has production capacity for 20 million metric tons of steel annually, would make Nippon Steel the world’s second-biggest steel producer by capacity behind China Baowu Steel Group, according to figures from the World Steel Association. The deal is expected to close by October, pending approval from U.S. Steel’s shareholders and regulators, the companies said.

The United Steelworkers union, which represents about 11,000 hourly production workers at U.S. Steel, criticized Nippon Steel and U.S. Steel for not engaging with the union before the deal was announced, and called the sale greedy and shortsighted. 

“We remained open throughout this process to working with U.S. Steel to keep this iconic American company domestically owned and operated,” union president David McCall said. “Instead, it chose to push aside the concerns of its dedicated workforce and sell to a foreign-owned company.”

U.S. Steel and Nippon Steel said they would honor existing contracts with union-represented workers, and that the companies agreed on the importance of investing in employees. 

Don Furko, president of a union local in Clairton, Pa., said he was hopeful that new owners will add more workers in the region. The union chapter represents about 1,100 of the 3,000 employees at the company’s three plants that make up the Mon Valley Works outside of Pittsburgh.

Dobio sam pre par godina na poklon tu njegovu knjigu. Ukoliko se dobro sećam, dobro je trošiti prvo na sebe i biti dužan, to motiviše na rad i smišljanje novih poslovnih ideja.

Naravno da svaki dug ne znaci nesto lose ali meni naslov bio smesan.
