Leteo sam jednim od poslednjih 747 za Kinu pre nego ih je Junajted penzionisao, i ono su bile vesele devedesete. Ekran visi sa plafona, svi zajedno gledamo isti film. Karakteristicne vibracije pri poletanju. Brujanje motora mnogo decibela glasnije nego bilo koji drugi Boingov avion.

July 31, 20204 yr Najstariji model B747 kojim sam leteo (i prvi) je bio vec serije -300 (South African Airways, poslednjeg dana 2000. godine). Posle sve samo -400, i par puta na -8.
July 31, 20204 yr Sam pocetak 90-ih, PanAm na izdisaju, i ako je B747 prakticno radjen na njihovu inicijativu, sa sve mnostvom posebnih prica i likova poput PanAm CEO Najeeb Halaby, AKA Jeeb... Jedan od onih njihovih Clipper-a, mislim da je bila verzija 100, nisam siguran: PanAm je za Istocnu Evropu imao poseban sistem letenja u Ameriku: u slucaju Jugoslavije njihov B727 bi u Beogradu i Zagrebu pokupio putnike, odvezao ih do Frankfurta, pa dalje preko bare... Inace, sve do ujedinjenja Nemacke, od Zapadne Nemacke, SRN, do Berlina, moglo se leteti iskljucivo PanAm avionima, nista Lufthansa, nista bilo ko drugi... Cini mi se da se radilo o nekom zezu iz mirovnih ugovora, taj rad...

July 31, 20204 yr Prvi let sa 747 sam imao 1976 na relaciji Rim - New Delhi, Air India 747-200. Poslednji let, kako stvari stoje, je bio LH Frankfurt - Sietle 2016 godine, 747-8.
