October 8, 20195 yr Sos od mlevenog mesa (crni i beli luk, pola ravne kasicice cimeta i karanfilica, so, biber, mleveno junece, 1 dl crnog, svez paradajz na koclice, 4-5 susena, suva m.dusica, malo narendanog parmezana i persun kada se prohladi) i odozgo besamel (sa muskatnim [emoji7] i opet malo parmezana).Kada presecem patlidzan ne vadim meso, vec ga zarezem u kockice, prstims s oprostenjem iscepim da se kockice malo rasire, nauljim, posolim, zabiberim, sveza m.dusica i tako ispecem okrenut secenim stranama u plehu nadole. Kada se ispece posle 40ak min villjuskom izgnjecim i pritisnem opet na dole, ka opni i punim sosom, odozgo besamel, zapecem i...i fenomenalno je uz moje belo ladno (Tamjaniku [emoji173]).
