    To Rococo Rot - John Peel Sessions 97-99

     

    Odličan za šetnje i putovanja vozom.

     

     

    Preslušavam ovaj album poslednjih meseci, jeste iz 2021 ali je toliko specifičan da o njemu treba pričati. Kao sporiji i malo racionalniji (ali isto mnogo duhovit) Marvin Pontiac. Retko se pogodi, mene to baš takne, da neki album ima i super muziku i pametne tekstove i malo je smešan. Ian Simmonds je inače dub majstor, jedan od najistaknutijih poslednjih godina. A ovaj album mu je skroz nešto deseto, tekstovi su kao savremene šansone de se neko malo i sprda. A muzici je teško odrediti žanr, nešto između tipične kantautorske i džeza. I tekstove i muziku pokidao, laka muzika za dobro jutro i dobar dan. Masivna preporuka.
