Kakve ovo veze ima sa temom :isuse:BTW, taman kad se negdje pokrenula ova tema ja sam podigo kredit i kupio kucu u MEL.Sada mi kuca vrijedi +100k nego ranije,a vec sam otplatio vishe od pola :naughty:Malo sam je i renovirao (potrosio nekih 20k) da budem iskren. Trenutno placam interest oko 800$ dok je renta u kraju za istu stvar 1600 :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:Cekam da balon pukne :s_a: :s_a: :s_a:

Ma, tema je odavno otisla u qrac. Nista gore nema kad se neko ne bas sposoban* zauzima za pozicije koje negde i imaju rezona.EDIT. Da ne zaboravim, drago mi je da tebi dobro ide.

(* Ovo nije lepo reci, ali ja sam fuckin sick & tired od noskichevog neumeca diskutovanja i obogacivanja svog stava kriticki promisljenim kontribucijama sudiskutanata).

Najbolje od svega je sto sam prije godinu dana dobio otkaz. Moram otici kod bivseg gazde da mu se zahvalim sto me je kick out :lolol: :lolol:Odmah pokrenuo privatan biznis i imao duplu platu dobrih 4 mjeseca :ss1:Dupla garaza puna novih automobila, veliki backyard, BBQ i naravno vegiepatch :lala:Izrabljujem jeftinu radnu snagu i pravim se pametan :fantom: :fantom: :fantom:

Bezveze ti je to dok ne kazes koliko si uzeo od banke a koliko si svojih para dao (u %).Narocito ako si u par godina otplatio vise od pola, bice da udeo kredita i nije bio tako veliki.Stoga je poredjenje renta i otplate malo bezveze. Edited by Budja

Nisi pratio razvojni put teme detaljno, preskocio si doosta epizoda pa ti sad ne pasuje.Samo se ti zezaj, i cekaj, kad pukne nece biti najavljeno.http://www.australiandebtclock.com.au/ Edited by noskich
