Kada smo vec kod NE Fukusima:

Tepco Says Fukushima Reactor Temperature Breaches Safety LimitTokyo Electric Power Co. (9501) said the temperature in one of the damaged reactors at its Fukushima nuclear station rose to levels above safety limits even as it injected increased amounts of cooling water. One of three thermometers indicated the temperature at the bottom of the No. 2 reactor pressure vessel rose to 93.7 degrees Celsius (200.7 Fahrenheit) today, higher than the 80 degrees limit, Ai Tanaka, a spokeswoman for the utility known as Tepco, said by phone today. There are no signs of isotopes that would suggest the reactor has gone critical and there’s been no increase in radiation around the site, the company said in a statement. The other two thermometers at the bottom of the vessel showed temperatures of 32.8 degrees and 33.1 degrees earlier today, spokesman Naohiro Omura said. The thermometers have a margin of error of as much as 20 degrees.“We think the thermometer may be faulty,” Omura said. The other two gauges indicate temperatures are falling, he said. It’s also possible that unstable water flow into the unit may have kept the coolant from reaching parts of the melted fuel, he said. The utility increased the rate of coolant flow to 17.4 cubic meters per hour from 14.1 cubic meters per hour as of 3:30 p.m. yesterday, it said in a statement.Tepco and Japan’s government announced on Dec. 16 they succeeded in bringing the reactors into a safe state known as cold shutdown nine months after the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunami caused the worst release of radiation since the Chernobyl accident in 1986.

Mr Zuma said the land question remained a national priority. The African National Congress’s Polokwane conference decided the state should redistribute 30% of agricultural land by 2014."This was in response to the fact that we had only succeeded in redistributing 4% of agricultural land since 1994, while more than 80% of agricultural land remained in the hands of about 50000 white farmers and agribusinesses," he said....- State and public land will be leasehold;- Other land will be available on freehold, with limitations or ceilings on the extent of land a person or organisation can own.- Land held by non-South Africans will be on precarious tenure , which means it "could revert back to the state should they not meet certain obligations".

Meni je malo anahron taj trend (ranije smo ga videli u Zimbabveu) redistribucije zemljista. Ipak ovo vise nije 17. ili 19. vek. Nije cak ni 20.U modernim ekonomijama tipa 2% stanovnistva radi u poljoprivredi. Takodje, imamo interesantan obrnuti trend, druge africke zemlje (npr.

Edited by Shan Jan

Edited by Fida'i

SAD: Benzin 78 RSD, počele krađe
Malo prenaduvano i senzacionalisticki napisano kako i dolikuje srpskim novinarima. Edited by WTF

US advisers shot dead 'after Koran row'
Two United States advisers who were shot dead in Afghanistan's interior ministry by an Afghan colleague had been mocking anti-US protests over the burning of the Koran, a government source said. The description of the shooting - which led to NATO pulling all its advisers out of Afghan government ministries - came amid renewed violence in a sixth day of anti-American demonstrations.A protester was killed and seven US soldiers were wounded in a grenade attack on their base, as France announced its Kabul embassy was temporarily withdrawing all its civilian mentors and advisers from Afghan institutions for "safety reasons".Germany also said it had withdrawn its national and international staff from Afghan ministries as a "precautionary measure".
Pa kaže
President Hamid Karzai went on television to appeal for calm.Mr Karzai "condemned with the strongest words" the treatment of Islam's holy book and said the perpetrators should be punished, but told his countrymen: "Now that we have shown our feelings it is time to be calm and peaceful."

Dobice uskoro i svoju (ekonomsku) krizu devedesetih. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fetih_1453
Uskoro - cisto sumnjam. Kemalizam broji svoje poslednje dane, utapa se u novi i poletniji neoosmanski kvalitet.
