Sa tačnim merama teško, ne umem. Ja to odokativno
Rastopiš jedan kvasac u 1.5dcl toplog mleka u koji staviš kašičicu šećera i pratohvat soli
Kada kvasac odradi, sipaš to u oko 400g brašna, dodaš 1dcl tople vode i čep rakije. Dodaješ lagano brašno dok testno prestane da se lepi.
Pokriješ krpom, ostaviš na toplom oko pola sata.
Kidaš komade, puniš po želji, i pržiš oko 30 sec u vrelom ulju sa svake strane
