Ne znam za curetinu - ja pravio pacetinu i ode kilo i po do dva masti (koje god) na cetiri pacece noge. A curece noge su gabarit. Ako ces da radis kako treba, sumnjam da ce ti kilo masti biti dovoljno. Ja bih kupio bar dva kila. A grudi ako peces ucelo, obavezno bogato putera ispod koze i da uvijes u slaninu. Bez toga je presuvo.

Kako se pravi obicna pljeskavica? Citam neke recepte online, kaze idu prezle 

 

Da iznenadim muza kad ustane pred posao fa ima rucak da ponese :D
