Pšibil je, kako prenosi Rojters, izjavio da se suočavao s pretnjama i zastrašivanjem, odnosno da su mu bili odvijeni točkovi na automobilu, njegov auto je bio greban i ubijen je njegov pas, a sve tokom tokom istrage, dodajući da je "konačno bio naveden da pokuša samoubistvo" zbog optužbi za malverzacije. kakve je pritiske trpeo Pišbil zbog istrage o avionskoj nesreći?
